Route: Pak Kung Au/South Lantau Country Trail/Mui Wo Ferry Terminal
ランタオ島の伯公坳から歩き始め、南大嶼郊遊徑の東部分を梅窩に向かって歩きます。非常に風光明媚なコースで、森林浴、滝の流れも楽しめます。最後は南山を抜け終点の梅窩で海鮮飲茶を楽しみましょう。途中で水を補給できませんので十分な水(１.5L以上)を持参ください。また、滑りにくい靴、軍手をご用意ください。そして十分な日除け対策をお願いいたします。
This hike will take us along the eastern section of the South Lantau Country Trail, from Pak Kung Au to Mui Wo. The route features many pleasant spots, including a relaxing tree canopy and the scenery of a small waterfall. After passing through Nam Shan, we will descend to the hike's destination, Mui Wo. Upon arrival, we will enjoy delicious seafood and YAMUCHA near the Mui Wo ferry terminal. Please remember to bring ample water, wear non-slip hiking shoes and gloves, and consider sun protection measures.

It's the perfect opportunity to stretch our legs, take a deep breath of that crisp, fresh air, and soak up the positively vibrant atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned rambler or simply looking for a delightful outdoor jaunt, this charming trek to the Peak is an absolute must.

昨年10月6日に歩いたルートです。上環駅から中山記念公園に向かい海沿いを歩きながらいつものように香港フットボールクラブで解散します。
Same as the brilliant hiking course on 6th October 2024, mate. We'll kick things off by walking from Sheung Wan Station and taking in the lively sights and sounds of the neighbourhood. Then we'll mosey on over to the peaceful Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park to admire the lovely gardens and architecture. After that, we'll head out along the scenic seaside path, keeping an eye out for any interesting wildlife as we go. To finish up, we'll make our way towards the historic Hong Kong Football Club, where we can grab a well-earned refreshment and soak up the club's old-school charm.
