路線：畢打街/羅便臣道/舊山頂道/山頂/漆咸徑/中環
Route: Pedder Street/Robinson Road/Old Peak Road/The Peak/Cha Tham Path/Central

香港動植物公園の緑豊かな園内を散策した後、歴史的な舊山頂道を着実に上り続ける森林浴ハイキングをお楽しみいただきます。樹々に囲まれた静寂の中、自然の息吹を全身で感じながら進むコースです。ハイキング後は、心身のリラックスと健康増進を目的とした簡化２４式太極拳をゆったりとした動作で習練いたします。都会の喧騒を離れ、自然と伝統文化が織りなす時間をお過ごしください。

After a leisurely stroll through the lush grounds of Hong Kong Zoo and Botanical Gardens, you'll enjoy a forest bathing hike along the historic Old Peak Road, ascending steadily towards the Peak. Surrounded by trees in peaceful silence, you'll progress through the course whilst feeling the breath of nature throughout your entire being. Once you've reached the Peak, you'll practise simplified 24-form Tai Chi with unhurried, flowing movements, designed to relax both body and mind whilst promoting overall wellbeing. Escape the bustle of urban life and spend time immersed in the harmonious blend of nature and traditional culture at this elevated sanctuary.

路線：伯公坳/南ランタウ郊遊徑(西側部分)/水口(潮干狩り)
Route: Pak Kung Au/South Lantau Country Trail(western part)/Shui Hau (Clam digging)

 

東涌駅からのバスで、標高325mの伯公坳に到着後、ほぼ平坦な下り道を進んでランタオ島南岸の水口村を目指すコースです。終点では「天空の鏡」と称される広大な干潟での潮干狩り体験をお楽しみいただけます。貝掘りの三種の神器（熊手・バケツ・スツール）は現地でレンタル可能（約HK$20/セット）で、獲れた貝をその場で調理するサービスもございます。サンダル、着替え、軍手、日焼け止め、帽子、十分な飲み物をご準備ください。貴重な生態系を守るため、貝掘りのマナーをお守りいただけますようお願い申し上げます。

 Start from Tung Chung Station by bus to Pak Kung Au (325m pass between Lantau Peak and Sunset Peak), then descend via the South Lantau Trail Western section and Lantau Trail Section 10 towards Shui Hau village on Lantau Island's southern coast. The mostly flat, gently downhill route suits all fitness levels. At Shui Hau, explore clam digging on the expansive tidal flats—known as the "Mirror of the Sky"—and enjoy your catch at local restaurants. Note: the ecosystem is delicate; practise responsible clam-digging etiquette to protect the environment. Rental equipment (rake, bucket, stool; approximately HK$20 per set) is available, plus cooking services for your harvest. Bring sandals, spare clothes, work gloves, sunscreen (hat and/or cream), and plenty of water.

路線：烏渓沙駅/沙安街/牛烏水塘/牛烏石澗
Route: Wu Kai Sha Station/Sha On Street/Ngau Wu Reservoir/Ngau Wu Stream

香港の暑い夏、一時の涼を求めて牛烏石澗を巡りましょう。牛烏石澗は沙田馬鞍山（702m）のサブピーク牛押山（677m）の中腹から烏渓沙海に流れ込む沢です。沢の水は透明で適度に冷たく沢遊び、水浴を楽しめます。打ち上げは烏渓沙駅に戻り、飲茶を楽しみましょう。沢は滑りやすいので滑らない靴を持参願います。また、一部ロープを伝って登る箇所がありますので、滑らない手袋を持参願います。日除け対策をお願いいたします。（水遊びを楽しむ方は、水着または着替えを持参願います。）

Discover the refreshing breeze and pristine beauty of Ngau Wu stream this summer. The stream flows gracefully from Ngau Ark mountain (677m), a sub-peak of the majestic Ma On Shan (702m). After exploring the scenic waterway, head to Wu Kai Sha Station for a delightful dim sum meal. Essential reminders: the streamside path can be slippery, so wear appropriate non-slip footwear. Several rocky slopes require climbing, making gloves advisable for comfort and safety. Should you wish to paddle or splash in the cool, refreshing water, bring a spare change of clothes. This accessible yet rewarding walk combines natural beauty with local culinary delights—perfect for a memorable summer outing.

Route: To Kwa Wan Station/Hoi Sham Park/Kai Tak Stadium/Kowloon City

 

九龍城にタイ料理を食べに行きます！その前に開発が進む啓徳地区を散策してお腹を減らします。香港の新名所（？）啓徳スタジアムを見た後は、九龍城でタイ料理を堪能しましょう！

悪い天候対応について|During Bad Weather Arrangement

集合時刻の２時間前時点で台風シグナル３、８、黄雲、赤雲、黒雲マークの場合には、ハイキングは自動的に中止。

それ以外の場合、リーダーは必ず集合場所に来て、決行するかどうかを判断すること。
