ランタオ島の伯公坳から歩き始め、南大嶼郊遊徑の東部分を梅窩に向かって歩きます。非常に風光明媚なコースで、森林浴、滝の流れも楽しめます。最後は南山を抜け終点の梅窩で海鮮飲茶を楽しみましょう。途中で水を補給できませんので十分な水(１.5L以上)を持参ください。また、滑りにくい靴、軍手をご用意ください。そして十分な日除け対策をお願いいたします。
Join us for a lovely walk along the eastern section of the South Lantau Country Trail, from Pak Kung Au to Mui Wo. You'll enjoy beautiful forest bathing, scenic views, and a charming waterfall as we pass through Nam Shan before descending to Mui Wo. We'll finish the day with a relaxing meal of fresh seafood and yum cha near the Mui Wo ferry terminal. Please come well-prepared with plenty of water, non-slip shoes, gloves, and sun protection.

坪洲島は香港の小さな島です。北部の海沿いにある釣魚翁観景亭では、対岸のディズニーランドや雄大な青馬大橋が一望できます。そのまま歩いて東灣に到着し、歴史ある龍母廟を見学できます。次に手指山（95m）への登山に挑戦すると、頂上からはマラ島やディズニーランドの景観が広がります。初心者向けの歩きやすいコースです。昼食は現地の中華料理をお召し上がりください。
Peng Chau is a delightfully quiet island, perfect for a leisurely escape. We'll start from the north, strolling along the seashore to Old Fisherman's Rock Lookout Pavilion, where you'll glimpse Discovery Bay and the iconic Tsing Ma Bridge. Continuing to Tung Wan, we'll visit the charming Lung Mo Temple before climbing Finger Hill for stunning views of Lamma Island and Disneyland. This relaxed walk concludes with delicious dim sum lunch—a perfect way to soak in the island's peaceful charm.

大圍駅から歩いて香粉寮新村に入り、山へ向かいます。城門水塘のダムはラジコン飛行機を楽しむスポットです。道なりに歩いて藪を通り、晨運客樂園を経由すると城門水塘針山の入り口です。山を登り頂上からは荃灣のパノラマビューが楽しめます。階段を下りて草山へ向かい、沙田駅方面へ歩きます。食事はその日で決めます。
We'll start our walk from Tai Wai Station and head towards Heung Fan Liu New Village, then make our way up the hill to Lower Shing Mun Reservoir. You'll notice the dam is a popular spot for remote control plane enthusiasts. Continuing along the road, we'll venture into a narrow path through the bushes to discover a lovely spot perfect for morning exercises. From there, it's onwards to the entrance of Needle Hill. Once we've reached the summit, you'll be rewarded with a stunning panoramic view across Tsuen Wan. After taking in the scenery, we'll make our way down from Grass Hill via a scenic path that brings us back to Shatin Station.
